Sustainable Development Goals

The Well-Being with Arts project aims at specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the following perspectives:

1. Promote the benefits of holistic arts for a better emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical health.

2. Find reliable solutions for more well-being thanks to local and global academia and community collaborations.

3. Increase access to Asian and Oceanian body-mind practices and theories in relation to integral and intermedia arts and Ways.

4. Highlight the roles of arts for more well-being.

5. Provide ways for affected people to process challenging times thanks to mindful art practices.

6. Learn from individual and collective experience to improve resilience and well-being.

7. Support preventive efforts, especially locally.

8. Organise and attend academic conferences and events.

9. Diffuse cross-culture and interdisciplinary knowledge and practices to a wider audience through publications and both live and remote networks.
